1. Data protection conditions
Keeping the privacy of the participants in the Tournament is very important to us. We have created data protection terms that let us know how we collect, use, publish, transmit, and store personal information. When processing personal data, we follow the laws in force in Estonia, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (ICMM).
These data protection terms explain how the Estonian Field Archery Association collects and processes your data when you use our site or communicate to us through our website.

We collect and process the information you provide in order to meet the main goals of the school. We process your personal information based on your consent, law or legitimate interest in organizing competitions.
3. Use and processing of collected personal data
We use and process collected personal information:
3.1. for identification (eg name, personal identification code, date of birth, address);
3.2. providing information relating to the organization of competitions, compiling and issuing invoices (eg contact details, including telephone number, address, e-mail address);
3.3. for the performance of contracts and legal obligations, including the identification of conflicts of interest;
3.4. we process the collected personal data only for the purpose for which they were collected and stored only as long as it is necessary to meet the purpose or statutory requirements. The data collected will be destroyed as soon as the purpose is met and the law does not require data retention or, if requested by law, at your request.
4. Your rights to the processing of personal data

You can use your rights at any time to process your personal information:
4.1. get to know your data and ask for data correction;
4.2. object to the processing of your data, including, for example, the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;
4.3. ask for the deletion of your data if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or if in your opinion the processing of personal data is illegal;
4.4. request the transfer of your data if your data are processed under your consent or under a mutual agreement;
4.5. withdraw your consent if the data are processed under your consent.

7. Data protection conditions and changes
We reserve the right to change your data protection terms as and when required. The current version of the Privacy Policy is published on our website.
