Over 450 registered participants

The number of registered participants is reaching the maximum. Everybody, who has registered but has not paid the entrance fee will be removed from the list by October 15. The archers who have been removed from the list can register again and the entrance fee has to be paid in 3 days.

The participants who have booked accommodation at the competition village but have not paid for it by October 15 will lose their bookings and the rooms will be available for other archers to book.

Extended payment deadline

Due to WBHC 2019 we extended the first payment deadline to September 27th, please make sure your payment reaches us before that date.

Participants list cleanup in October

The first cleanup day for the participants list is close! Please use Bank transfer or Card payment option to complete your registration. In October we’ll clean the list of unpaid attendees.

How to pay?

Please follow these steps when purchasing tickets:

  1. Choose the event WFAC2020.
  2. Select the amount of tickets. Use a unique registration number to identify competitors you are paying for.
  3. Enter your e-mail address where we send the tickets. In addition, Fienta asks for your phone number which we use only in case there is a problem with your order. For example if you mistyped your e-mail address.
  4. Choose the payment method and agree with our terms of service.
  5. After successful payment, you will receive the tickets via email.
Reselling or swaping tickets

It’s not allowed to sell your ticket to other archer(s). We need participants to comply with the IFAA rules, Scorecard and safety statement. Also it is important eliminate the risk of fraud (selling multiple times), we guarantee registered participants access to the tournament. And most important – this is not fair to archers on the waiting list.

 

WFAC payment conditions

The owner of the online booking site WFAC2020.org (hereinafter referred to as the Online booking site) is Field Archery Association of Estonia / Eesti Maastikuvibu Liit MTÜ, registry code 80188101, located at Mäepealse 2, 12618 Tallinn, Estonia.

Validity of contract of sale, service and price information

The conditions of sale apply to payments for competition and accommodation fees via online booking site. The prices of the competition and accommodation fees in the booking site are indicated next to the selected services.

Making a booking

Choose out the desired service to order them. Fill in all of the required fields.

The total cost including service fee is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.

The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the Online booking site.

Service fee confirmation

The purchaser bears the reservation service fee and the respective cost information is displayed next to the chosen service.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order confirmation, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the online booking site.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

Reimbursement of accommodation and registration fees in the case of a written cancellation:

before 1st of February 2022 90%
before 1st of April 2022 50%
before 1st of June 2022 30%
starting from 1st of June no refund

NB! Payment clause has to be full amount sum for receiver!

In the case of a complete cancellation of the Tournament, 90% of the paid accommodation (including camping sites) will be refunded.

In case of complete cancellation of the Tournament, the competition fees will be partially refunded, after deducting the expenses incurred for the organization of the Tournament.

The refund shall exclude any banking fees that are charged to the Host/Organiser.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online booking site only uses the personal data entered by the competitor (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the reservation and sending confirmation to the competitor. The online booking site sends information in electronic form to the competitor’s e-mail address only if the competitor has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The competitor is able to opt out of electronic information flow at any time by letting us know via e-mail.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a competitor about the online booking site must be e-mailed to wfac2020@faae.ee

If the competitor and the online booking site are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the competitor may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a competitor and the online booking site. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the competitor.

A competitor may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
